Refund Policy
At JC Roots, we strive to make our refund policy as fair and flexible as possible for our participants. However, due to the unique processing and customization of uniforms, please note the following:
Once a season uniform has been produced (per our uniform production notifications), the cost of the uniform becomes the responsibility of the registrant and will be deducted from any refund.
Customized uniforms will still be delivered to and kept by the participant.
Below are our general refund policies for each program:
General Policy for All Sports Programs
Before Uniform Order is Placed: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
After Uniform Order is Placed: Refund minus a 5% processing fee and the cost of the uniform (depending on sport), which will be delivered to the participant.
After First Practice/Game: No refunds.
Medical or Injury Cancellations
If your child cannot participate due to illness or injury, we may offer a prorated refund with medical documentation (e.g., doctor’s note). Refunds in these cases will be subject to a 5% processing fee and any applicable uniform costs.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
JC Roots will follow Jefferson County School District 509J inclement weather policy. We love sports but we love keeping you safe even more! We will notify you via text or email.
