Get ready for fun, teamwork, and skill-building with the Roots NFL Flag Football program! Designed for kids ages 5 to 12, our league focuses on introducing the fundamentals of football in a safe, non-contact environment.

Players will learn key skills like passing, catching, flag pulling, and basic strategy, all while developing sportsmanship, confidence, and a love for the game. Whether your child is new to football or has some experience, Roots’ experienced coaches provide a positive, encouraging atmosphere that keeps practices and games fun and engaging. This program runs in the fall season and is perfect for kids who want to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy healthy competition. All games and practices will be held at Juniper Hills Park. Practice will be once a week M-F. Time of practice will be determined by the coaches. Games will be played on Saturday, flag football games will be played in the morning, allowing children to sign up for both flag and soccer.
