Coaches Needed – Be the Difference!

We’re building something special for the kids in our community, and we can’t do it without passionate, encouraging coaches. Our program offers flag football, soccer volleyball, and basketball, for youth up through 6th grade, and every single team needs great role models to guide them.

Head Coaches

As a head coach, you set the tone for your team. You’ll:

• Lead practices and games

• Communicate with families and fellow coaches

• Create fun and effective practice plans

• Make sure league rules are followed

• Encourage players to grow not just in skill, but in sportsmanship and confidence

You don’t have to be a former pro or have years of experience, we’ll work together to make sure you have the tools, resources, and support you need.

Assistant Coaches

Assistant coaches are the spark that keeps practice running smoothly. You’ll:

• Help run drills and skill stations

• Focus on specific areas of player development

• Keep players engaged and encouraged

• Step in as head coach when needed

It’s the perfect role if you want to be involved without carrying all the responsibilities of a head coach.

Why Volunteer as a Coach?

Because our kids need more than just a sport, they need role models. The drills, plays, and game rules? Those can be learned. But the encouragement, patience, and inspiration you bring will stick with these kids long after the season ends. Coaching is one of the most rewarding ways to give back, connect with families, and strengthen our community.
