Bump, set, and spike your way to fun with Roots Youth Volleyball for those in 3rd through 6th grade! This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of volleyball, including passing, setting, serving, and teamwork, while helping players develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game. Our experienced coaches foster a positive, encouraging environment where every player can grow at their own pace. Whether your child is new to volleyball or ready to sharpen their skills, practices and games focus on fun, sportsmanship, and friendly competition. ****We hope to fill teams for each grade but may combine grades 3/4 and 5/6 depending on enrollment. Volleyball will take place at Madras Elementary for both practice and games. If there is a real interest we will need to expand practice days, we have it set for Tuesday/Thursday practice. Games Saturday.

Roots is excited to bring MLS GO!, a youth soccer program designed for kids ages 4 to 12 who want to develop their skills, teamwork, and love for the game! Inspired by the elite training methods of Major League Soccer, MLS GO focuses on fun, fundamentals, and growth within a supportive environment right here in our Roots community. Players will learn dribbling, passing, shooting, and game sense through age-appropriate drills and games led by experienced coaches who emphasize positive encouragement, fair play, and building confidence both on and off the field. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve their soccer skills, MLS GO through Roots offers a welcoming space to play, grow, and make new friends. Perfect for beginner and intermediate players, this program helps kids develop a lifelong passion for soccer. Join Roots and MLS GO! to kick off the season and be part of a growing community of young soccer players! ****We would like to offer 5/6th to have a boys league and a girls league so tell your friends.

All games and practices will be held at Juniper Hills Park. Practice will be once a week M-F. Time of practice will be determined by the coaches. Games will be played on Saturday, soccer games will be played in the afternoon, allowing children to sign up for both flag and soccer.

Players will learn key skills like passing, catching, flag pulling, and basic strategy, all while developing sportsmanship, confidence, and a love for the game. Whether your child is new to football or has some experience, Roots’ experienced coaches provide a positive, encouraging atmosphere that keeps practices and games fun and engaging. This program runs in the fall season and is perfect for kids who want to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy healthy competition.
